Impact After he was surprisingly cut by Chicago in May, Leno quickly found work with Washington and settled in as the team's starting left tackle Week 1. He helped bring stability to a position where Washington had struggled since Trent Williams last played for the team in 2018, prompting the Football Team to keep Leno in the fold on a longer-term deal.

Impact Leno spent the first seven seasons of his career in Chicago and the last six anchoring the left side of the line. After his surprise release earlier this month, Leno was quickly able to catch with another organization. He'll be protecting Ryan Fitzpatrick's blind side in 2021.
