Scores late touchdown Godwin caught seven of 10 targets for 53 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 27-24 loss to the Rams.

Impact Godwin trailed only Antonio Brown for Tampa Bay's lead in receptions, targets and yards through the air. However, unlike Brown, Godwin was able to find the end zone, triumphantly leaping from a few yards to complete a 13-yard score in the fourth quarter. That play marked Godwin's third touchdown in seven appearances this season, and Monday also brought about a new high in targets from quarterback Tom Brady, which bodes well for Godwin in advance of Week 12's matchup against the Chiefs.

Impact Godwin managed to suit up for Sunday night's loss to the Saints, and there have been no indications about a setback in his recovery from finger surgery, so he should be set to once again handle a full workload Week 10. Impact It was a dreadful performance all around from the Buccaneers in a primetime matchup where the team was trying to dethrone the old guard of the NFC South. Despite throwing for nearly the entire game (38 pass attempts to four carries), Tom Brady was unable to establish any rhythm with his top wideouts. The good news here is that Godwin escaped the contest without re-aggravating the finger that forced him to miss last week's contest. Look for the entire unit to bounce back against the Panthers on Sunday.
