Opts out of 2020 Mosley opted out of the 2020 campaign Saturday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Impact Mosley becomes arguably the biggest name so far to accept the NFL's opt-out option. He signed a monster five-year, $85 million deal with the Jets in March of 2019, but he only played two games last year before suffering a season-ending groin injury. It will now be September of 2021 before he suits up for his third game with the team.
