Kareem Hunt - Not practicing Tuesday Hunt (ankle) wasn't present at Tuesday's practice, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Impact Hunt completed a stint on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, but it appears a preexisting ankle issue that he sustained Dec. 12 against the Ravens continues to bother him. He's missed two games since then, and his activity (or lack thereof) in practice will be key to determining whether he'll be able to return to action Monday in Pittsburgh. Tuesday's session isn't official, so the Browns may not get a sense of Hunt's potential to play until Thursday, when they'll turn in their first Week 17 injury report. If Hunt requires further time away from the field, D'Ernest Johnson will remain the change-of-pace option behind Cleveland's top running back Nick Chubb.

Impact Schwartz returned from a three-game absence due to a concussion to play a scaled-back role the last two games and caught a touchdown on his lone target in Week 16's loss to the Packers. The rookie speedster is similar to Peoples-Jones in that both are considered downfield threats, so it would seem natural any increase in Schwartz's role would come at the expense of Peoples-Jones' snap count. The second-year wideout caught just one of five targets for five yards last week and has a 44-percent catch rate (15 of 34 targets) over the last six games as the team's primary downfield option.
