Impact McDermott had been dealing with an ankle injury and was inactive for Week 1 versus Baltimore, but he now appears to have fully recovered. With starting left tackle Duane Brown on the injured reserve list and George Fant a non-participant at practice Wednesday, McDermott could very well be asked to start at one of New York's tackle spots Week 2 at Cleveland.
