Leading candidate to start Kiser (pectoral) is an early favorite to earn the available starting inside linebacker job in training camp, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports. Impact Kiser was listed as a starter on Los Angeles' first official depth chart of 2019, but a torn pectoral suffered during the preseason caused him to spend the entire year on injured reserve. With Cory Littleton having moved on for Las Vegas, the Rams appear to now be counting on a fully healthy Kiser to step up as starter after having been relegated to special teams as a rookie. It could be an open competition in training camp, but as the early leader for a possible three-down role, Kiser warrants monitoring in IDP formats.
