Sticking around in Mile High City Sutton agreed to terms Monday with the Broncos on a four-year, $60.8 million contract extension, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Impact Sutton's deal reportedly includes $34.9 million guaranteed. Denver inked fellow wideout Tim Patrick to a three-year extension just three days ago, while Jerry Jeudy will remain on his rookie contract through 2024, so the team has now locked in its top three receivers for the foreseeable future. Sutton has turned in a mixed 2021 campaign in his return from surgery to repair a torn ACL, which wiped out most of his 2020 season. Though he has struggled to produce in recent weeks with just five catches for 78 yards and zero scores in his last three appearances, the 2018 second-round pick has flashed No. 1 potential and big-time playmaking ability in his career, including a sophomore season with over 1,000 receiving yards. After the Broncos were on bye this past week, Sutton will get a chance to bounce back with a matchup against the Chargers on Sunday.
