Lands in Washington Samuel agreed Wednesday with Washington on a three-year, $34.5 million contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Impact Coming off a career year in Carolina, Samuel should slot in as the new No. 2 receiver in Washington as he reunites with former Panthers head coach Ron Rivera. Samuel will provide Washington with another dynamic weapon to pair with other top offensive talents in Terry McLaurin and Antonio Gibson. Samuel's signing could also help set in motion additional deals for the other high-end wideouts in this year's free-agency class, Kenny Golladay and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
