Buffalo's final pick signs Jackson has signed his rookie deal, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact The seventh-rounder from Pitt performs better on the field than his average size and below-average speed would indicate, accruing 43 pass breakups and four picks in his four seasons as a Panther. Jackson is probably not athletic enough to line up outside in the pros, but he may have the instincts and special teams ability to make the team as a depth defensive back.
