Ready to contribute Taylor is fully healthy to start the 2021 season, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. Impact Taylor spent his rookie season on the reserve/non-football injury list with a leg injury. However, the second-round pick completed training camp and preseason healthy, and he's ready to contribute for the Seahawks in Week 1 against the Colts. The Tennessee product was an explosive pass rusher in college, racking up 8.5 sacks and 10.0 tackles for loss in his senior season. The Seahawks have a deep group of defensive ends, but Taylor's ability to line up as a linebacker could afford him some extra reps right away.
