Impact Knox recorded a season-long 20-yard grab for half his receiving yardage tally, putting together a serviceable effort despite battling back and hip issues coming in. The fourth-year tight end's involvement in the offense to date has been adequate -- he's produced a 12-111 line on 17 targets -- but more had been expected in terms of big plays from the athletic tight end this season. Knox's next opportunity to start delivering on some of those expectations comes against a team that's had trouble defending tight ends this season in the Steelers, which the Bills will face at home in Week 5.

Three games into the season, Knox has logged a modest 9/71 stat line (on 11 targets) and has yet to score a TD after reaching the end zone nine times during the 2021 campaign. However, working in his favor in Week 4 is that Knox will be facing a Baltimore defense that has allowed a league-high average of 353.3 passing yards and seven TDs through the air (including two to TEs) in three games to date.

Impact Knox logged limited practices throughout the week but was listed on the injury report with both hip and back issues. Even if he plays, Knox has had a disappointing start to the 2022 season, in part due to his usage. He has run 28.3 routes per game early on this season, which is down from his mark of 32.4 in 2021. Knox has seen some of the effects of that decline, as he's collected only nine receptions for 71 yards across three matchups to begin the campaign.

Impact That's three limited showings for the starting tight end, so we'll assume he's on the better side of questionable for Sunday's contest. Knox managers do get the benefit of a 1:00 p.m. ET start time, so his status can be checked just to be safe. The tight end still is looking for his first trip to the end zone after getting there nine times in the 2021 regular season.
