Impact Knox had to exit Buffalo's Week 15 win because of a stinger, though he was capable of returning to the contest while tying a season high in receiving yards. After going scoreless over his first six appearances of the season, the Ole Miss product has proceeded to go on a tear by posting a trio of TDs in his past four games. Eleven targets over the past two outings represent the most in a two-game span over the 24-year-old's career. A Week 16 matchup against New England has the potential to thwart Knox's recent uptick in production, as the Patriots have surrendered an NFL-low one receiving TD to opposing tight ends this season.

Best game of 2020 Knox caught all four of his targets for 27 yards and a score in Buffalo's win over the 49ers on Monday.

Impact The second-year tight end almost got in a second time but was stopped just short of the goal line, and it's encouraging for his fantasy value that he's starting to be used regularly near the end zone. While Knox still has a long way to go to earn trust -- the 27-yard outing was actually his second-highest output of the season -- teammate Tyler Kroft was inactive once again and Knox has become the clear leader of the Buffalo tight end group. While he's still down in the target pecking order, Knox could continue seeing a fair amount of looks as the Buffalo offense continues to hum.

Impact This could have been a much better day for the second-year tight end, as fellow position mate Tyler Kroft was inactive for the contest, while Knox caught his TD on the team's opening drive. However, that was the last time Josh Allen looked his way. Knox became the 12th different Bills player with a TD catch this season, but that in itself tells you a lot about how many weapons the Bills have and how far down the pecking order the tight end position lies. Knox has yet to catch more than two balls in a game this season.
