Josh Reynolds - Nursing hand injury Reynolds (hand) was listed as a DNP on the Broncos' injury report Wednesday, Susanna Weir of the team's official site reports.
Impact Reynolds caught his first touchdown of the regular season during the Broncos' 34-18 win over the Raiders this past Sunday. However, it appears the 29-year-old wide receiver may have injured his hand during the contest, which kept him sidelined during Wednesday's practice session. Reynolds will need to practice in some capacity over the next two days in order to avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's AFC West clash against the Chargers. Through the first five games of the regular season, Reynolds has registered 12 catches (on 19 targets) for 183 yards and one touchdown.

Damarri Mathis - Practice window opens Mathis (ankle) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday.
Impact Mathis has missed the Broncos' first five games this season after sustaining an ankle injury during the team's preseason finale, but it appears he's nearing a return to the field. Denver will now have 21 days to activate Mathis to its active roster before he reverts to IR. Expect the third-year pro to serve as one of the Broncos' top reserve cornerbacks once he's fully past his ankle issue.

Audric Estime - Returns to practice Estime (ankle) returned to practice Wednesday, opening his 21-day window to come off injured reserve, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.
Impact The Broncos can place Estime back on the active roster any time before Oct. 30, at which point he'd revert to injured reserve for the rest of the season. He injured his ankle Week 1 and has now missed the minimum of four games, potentially opening the door for a third man to get involved in a backfield that's featured Javonte Williams as the lead runner and Jaleel McLaughlin in a supporting role. Both struggled earlier this season but have been more efficient with their touches the past two games.

Impact One of the most disruptive down linemen in the league, Allen has at least 1.0 sacks in three of five games to open the year. In total, Allen has recorded 21 tackles (13 solo), including five TFLs and 3.0 sacks, and 12 QB hits. He also helped dump Zach Charbonnet for a safety in the Week 1 opener. Allen is on pace to blow past his previous single-season career high of 5.5 sacks.

Riley Moss - Picks off pass in Week 5 win Moss recorded four tackles (three solo) and two pass breakups, including one interception, in the Broncos' win over the Raiders on Sunday.
Impact Moss' third-quarter interception of Gardner Minshew was the first of Moss' career, and it effectively ended Minshew's day, as he was benched on the following possession in favor of Aidan O'Connell. After playing just 23 defensive snaps as a 2023 rookie, Moss has logged 97 percent of the playing time on defense through five games and has recorded 33 tackles (24 solo), four pass breakups, including the one INT, and one fumble recovery.

Impact Lutz was perfect on all of his kicks in the contest after missing his first field-goal attempt of the season in Week 4. The veteran kicker benefitted from an improved Denver offense Sunday that was able to move the ball down the field more effectively. Lutz will look to build off his solid performance and make the most of his opportunities when the Broncos host the Chargers in Week 6.

Lucas Krull - One grab in debut Krull secured his lone target for five yards in Sunday's 34-18 win over the Raiders.
Impact Krull made his season debut Sunday after being a healthy inactive for the first four weeks of the 2024 campaign. The 26-year-old tight end played just 18 of the Broncos' 63 offensive snaps in the contest, behind both Adam Trautman (34) and Nate Adkins (32). Krull's involvement, though limited, coincided with the fact that teammate Greg Dulcich was inactive against the Raiders. It's possible his role as a pass catcher could increase throughout the season with Dulcich struggling to cement himself as a the top option in passing situations as many expected. Until then, Krull should not be trusted for fantasy purposes. The Broncos are set to host the Chargers in Week 6.

Adam Trautman - Targeted once against Raiders Trautman caught his lone target for 19 yards in Sunday's 34-18 win over the Raiders.
Impact With fellow tight end Greg Dulcich inactive Sunday, Trautman handled the majority of tight end snaps in the contest. The veteran's one grab was just his second reception of the season, as he continues to play a minimal role as a pass catcher in Denver's offense. Trautman's limited usage in the passing game makes him someone to ignore for fantasy purposes. The Broncos will host the Chargers in Week 6.

Marvin Mims Jr. - Two touches in win Mims caught his lone target for seven yards and carried the ball once for 17 yards in Sunday's 34-18 win over the Raiders.
Impact Mims' seven-yard grab Sunday was just his third catch of the season as the second-year wideout continues to play a limited role in Denver's offense. The 22-year-old played just 12 of the Broncos' 63 offensive snaps in the contest, limiting his opportunities to have an impact. Mims is best left off the fantasy radar as the Broncos head into a Week 6 matchup against the Chargers.
