Impact Harris was handed the suspension in late November following his July arrest on a DWI charge, but he was able to play in the Saints' past two games while waiting for his appeal to be heard. An already shallow New Orleans pass-catching group will now become even weaker with the loss of Harris, who leads the team with 523 receiving yards and ranks second with 31 receptions through his 11 appearances. He'll be eligible to rejoin the lineup for the Saints' Week 17 game against the Dolphins on Jan. 2. While Harris is out, the Saints likely will turn to a combination of Ty Montgomery, Lil'Jordan Humphrey and Kenny Stills to serve as their No. 3 wideout alongside starters Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway.

Impact The speedster put the icing on his fantasy performance with a 70-yard touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter that turned out to be meaningless to the game's outcome but certainly propped up his final tally significantly. Harris' score was his third of the season and first since Week 5, and his yardage total both paced the Saints and qualified as a career high. If the 23-year-old is successful in his appeal of a three-game ban for violation of the league's policy and program for substances of abuse, he'll next have an opportunity to build on his numbers against the Jets on the road in Week 14 a week from Sunday.

Appealing three-game ban Harris was handed a three-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy and program for substances of abuse, and he's opted to appeal the ban, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Impact Harris was able to play Thursday against the Bills due to the appeal, catching one of five targets for nine yards and returning four kickoffs for 61 yards and one punt for 12 yards. The 23-year-old will remain eligible to play until a decision is made on his appeal.

While it's possible he could break one loose in any given game -- like he did in Week 1 and Week 5 -- Harris will remain a dart throw in most fantasy formats entering a Week 12 matchup with Buffalo.

Impact Harris saw his role dip, as he entered the game having commanded at least seven targets in three of his last four games. Even so, he made the most of his opportunity by recording receptions of 46, 21 and 17 yards to post his best yardage total in a contest this season. Harris has now managed nine receptions for 136 yards across two games with Trevor Siemian as the starting quarterback heading into a Week 11 matchup against the Eagles.

Impact Harris easily seemed like the team's most explosive pass-catcher not named Alvin Kamara. In fact, he was targeted on nearly 35 percent of his offensive snaps and he ultimately led the team in targets and receptions despite seeing significantly less playing time than both Tre'Quan Smith (80 percent) and Marquez Callaway (79 percent). While it's concerning that Harris may need a high usage rate to make his low snap counts pay off in fantasy lineups, he's now seen 15 targets over the past two weeks with Trevor Siemian under center while not seeing more than a third of the offensive snaps in either game. With Michael Thomas (ankle) lost for the year, Harris could become a fantasy factor down the stretch should anything happen to Callaway, Smith or Kenny Stills.
