Impact The Saints' offense came back down to earth after scoring touchdowns on 11 of their first 21 possessions of the season. This unit was held scoreless until just over two minutes remining in the fourth quarter when Carr found wideout Chris Olave open for a 13-yard touchdown pass in the left corner of the end zone. He then committed the game-sealing mistake on his team's subsequent offensive series, throwing a deep pass while under pressure that resulted in an interception for Eagles safety Reed Blankenship. Carr looked like a renewed player after tossing five touchdowns over the first two weeks of the season, as he spread the ball around to the Saints' talented group of offensive skill players. However, he only found any true success while targeting Olave and running back Alvin Kamara in Week 3, going 5-for-16 on passes to the rest of the team. Carr also came up empty on all five of his passes to deep-threat Rashid Shaheed, who was a crucial part of New Orleans' offense in the first two games. Taysom Hill was also sidelined with a bruised lung that he sustained during last week's win against Dallas. Carr and the Saints offense will look to correct things when they next play Sunday, Sept. 29 versus the division-rival Falcons.
