Taylor Decker - Unlikely to return in Week 5 Coach Dan Campbell said Monday that Decker (finger) is "highly unlikely" to return from injured reserve for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Chris Burke of The Athletic reports.
Impact Decker has been sidelined since the start of the season after he underwent finger surgery in September, and he'll require at least one more week to recover. Penei Sewell will continue to serve as the starting left tackle while Matt Nelson starts at right tackle.

Frank Ragnow - May miss multiple weeks Coach Dan Campbell said Monday that Ragnow suffered a version of turf toe during Sunday's loss and is "probably going to be out" for some time, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Impact The Lions made Ragnow the highest-paid center in the league this offseason. Before the injury, the 25-year-old had delivered on the big contract by playing every single offensive snap for Detroit this season. Evan Brown replaced Ragnow for the remainder of Sunday's contest and will likely draw the start at center in Week 5.
