Impact Gardner is now in line to compete for one of Tampa Bay's roster spots throughout the summer and into training camp. The undrafted rookie cornerback appeared in one game in 2022 but failed to record a defensive snap.

Off PUP list Gardner (undisclosed) was activated from the active/PUP list Sunday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Impact Gardner can now join his teammates on the practice field during training camp. The South Dakota State alum will be working to earn a spot in the Buccaneers secondary.

Moves to PUP list Gardner (undisclosed) was added to Tampa Bay's active/PUP list Saturday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Impact Gardner can be removed from this list at any point before the start of the regular season, but he will be unable to practice in the Buccaneers' upcoming training camp until then. The undrafted rookie out of South Dakota State likely will compete for a depth role at cornerback this coming season.
