Limited to eight snaps Brown played eight snaps on offense without drawing any targets in Sunday's 29-19 win over the Buccaneers. Impact Curtis Samuel (groin) was out again, but Washington otherwise had all its wide receivers healthy and chose to use DeAndre Carter (3-56-1 on six targets and 67 percent snap share) as the No. 2 receiver. Brown, Dax Milne (27 percent) and Cam Sims (18 percent) also rotated in for some snaps, but it was mostly Carter and slot specialist Adam Humphries (52 percent) lining up alongside No. 1 receiver Terry McLaurin (96 percent). The lack of playing time makes Brown a long shot for a breakout in the second half of his rookie season, especially given that he failed to produce when he got more snaps back in September. In any case, the third-round pick seems to have moved past a knee injury and should be available for Week 11 against Carolina.
