Impact Cole will join his third NFL team for the 2023 season after previously playing for Houston and Tennessee. The 28-year-old appeared in 15 games last year for the Titans, making eight starts and recording a career-high 64 tackles (42 solo), a sack and a pass defended. Looking ahead, he'll likely chip in on special teams while contributing as a rotational player in the Bears' linebacker corps.

Impact Cole has been sidelined since Week 15 while dealing with an ankle injury.
