Expected at training camp Goldman (personal) is expected to join the Bears for training camp next week, Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune reports. Impact Goldman, who opted out of the 2020 season for health concerns related to COVID-19, was absent from Chicago's OTAs and mandatory minicamp earlier this offseason. While his decision to remain away from the season appeared to signal that he could opt out again in 2021, the 27-year-old apparently intends to be in the building for the start of camp. Despite the year away from football, the 6-foot-3, 318-pound Goldman still projects as Chicago's starting nose tackle.
