Officially out Sunday Riley (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Jacksonville, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Impact Riley had to be stretchered out of last week's loss to the Dolphins, so the fact that he was ever in consideration to play this Sunday is a positive. That said, the free safety didn't practice at all this week and has not yet cleared the league's concussion protocol, so New York will be without his services Sunday. With Sharrod Neasman (illness) and Ashtyn Davis (illness) still in COVID-19 protocols, it's unclear who the Jets will line up at safety this weekend.
