Off the COVID list Ebron has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Impact Ebron landed on the list back on Jan. 2 and sat out the Steelers' regular-season finale against the Browns. In 15 games this past season, the tight end recorded 56 catches (on 91 targets) for 558 yards and five TDs. Now that he's been activated, Ebron should be able to resume his normal role in the offense in Sunday night's playoff opener against Cleveland.

After sitting out Wednesday's session, Ebron took every rep Thursday, putting himself on track to suit up Sunday against the Colts. Look for Ebron to step back in as the Steelers' top tight end, a role that has translated to 51 receptions for 511 yards and four touchdowns over his 14 appearances on the season.

The tight end was in obvious pain as he left the field and headed to the locker room, but follow-up scans have seemingly revealed nothing too concerning. That said, Ebron could have a tough time making it back to action on a short week, with the Steelers set to face the Colts on Sunday. Per Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site, head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Ebron is still being evaluated, making his status one to monitor as the weekend approaches.
