Impact Jones was seeking an extension on his rookie contract after registering career highs in both tackles (145) and sacks (4.5) in 2023. Jones and the Rams were unable to come to an agreement in the offseason, and the 2021 third-round pick and his agents will now engage with other teams on a trade.
