Aaron Rodgers - Skipping practice again Rodgers (toe) won't participate in Thursday's practice, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. Impact Per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, Rodgers acknowledged his fractured pinkie toe "feels worse" coming out of Sunday's 45-30 win over the Bears than it did prior to the Packers' Week 13 bye, but he views surgery as a "last resort" and intends to continue playing through the injury. Though he'll be off the field for the second straight day, Rodgers has shown in recent weeks that he doesn't need much practice time, if any, to perform at a high level on game days. Jordan Love will direct the first-team offense once again Thursday, but expect Rodgers to be ready to go for this weekend's game in Baltimore, with the only question at this point being whether he'll approach that contest with an injury designation.
