The offense revolves around RB James Conner, WR Marvin Harrison and TE Trey McBride, which doesn't leave much more than scraps for the remaining pass catchers. With a Week 11 bye on deck, Dortch's next opportunity arrives Sunday, Nov. 24 in Seattle.

Impact Dortch's trip to the end zone accounted for quarterback Kyler Murray's only passing touchdown of the contest. With that said, the veteran wideout played just 17 of the Cardinals' 57 offensive snaps, his lowest snap share of the season. Though he hit pay dirt for the first time this season, his one reception and five yards were both season lows for the 26-year-old. In an offense that is struggling to produce consistently through the air, Dortch is best ignored for fantasy purposes outside of the deepest formats. The Cardinals head to Miami for a matchup against the Dolphins in Week 8.

Records trio of catches in Week 6 Dortch hauled in three of five targets for 36 yards, had a 29-yard kick return and lost a fumble during Sunday's 34-13 loss in Green Bay.

Impact Dortch was targeted just once before rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison left with a concussion midway through the second quarter, so while his 9.0 yards per target thereafter was a healthy mark, his long catch of 16 yards ended in a lost fumble at the Green Bay 23-yard line with 21 seconds remaining in the third quarter in a 31-13 contest at the time. And after Dortch paced the Cardinals with 17 kick returns for 360 yards last season, newcomer DeeJay Dallas (11-355-1) has been the team's main man in that regard in 2024. Dortch may have some short-term sway in Arizona's offense if Harrison is forced to miss next Monday's game against the Chargers, but TE Trey McBride, WR Michael Wilson and RB James Conner figure to be the best bets for passes from QB Kyler Murray in such a scenario.

Impact The 5-foot-7 slot man started off as a backup the past two seasons but usually got a good number of targets when injuries thrust him into a top-three role. The Cardinals apparently liked what they saw and now have Dortch positioned to open the year getting regular slot snaps, albeit with free-agent signing Zay Jones lingering as a threat to fill in if Dortch slips up. Jones has mostly worked with backups early in training camp, and he might be more of a threat to perimeter receiver Michael Wilson than to Dortch.
