Terrance Mitchell - Listed as questionable for Sunday Mitchell (concussion) has been listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Bills.
Impact Mitchell left Week 2 with a concussion. He was unable to clear concussion protocols during the short turnaround and was inactive for Week 3. The 29-year-old was able to log to limited practices to end the week, but it's unclear if he will suit up in Week 4. If he is inactive, expect Tremon Smith and Desmond King to see increased snaps once again.

Justin Reid - Not listed on injury report Reid (knee) was a full participant in practice Friday and doesn't have an injury designation going into Sunday's matchup with the Bills.
Impact Reid suffered the knee injury in Week 2. He wasn't able to clear the injury during the quick turnaround and was inactive during Week 3. The 24-year-old safety recorded four tackles and a pick in each of the first two games of the season, and will need to play a big role if the Texans hope to slow down Josh Allen and the Bills' high-powered offense.

Scottie Phillips - Sidelined by illness Phillips (illness) won't play in Sunday's game against Buffalo.
Impact Phillips is dealing with a non-COVID illness, which kept him out of practice all week. With a quartet of veterans above him in Houston's backfield depth chart, Phillips' absence is unlikely to have much of an impact on Houston's game plan against the heavily favored Bills.
