Anthony Miller - Could have opportunity Thursday Miller could see opportunities on offense in his team debut against the Panthers on Thursday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Impact Miller was listed as a healthy scratch during Houston's first two games of the 2021 season, but the fact that he dealt with a dislocated shoulder during the preseason may have played a part in those decisions. Now, with Danny Amendola (thigh) ruled out and Nico Collins (shoulder) on IR, there could be an opportunity for Miller to immediately slot into a significant offensive role behind Brandin Cooks and Chris Conley. With Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) also now on IR, whatever targets Miller does see will come at the hands of rookie third-round pick Davis Mills.
