Impact Nelson was carted off the field during the Colts' Week 3 loss to the Titans. While the severity of his right high-ankle sprain isn't fully known, he'll now be sidelined for at least three weeks. In his absence, Chris Reed will be a prime candidate to replace him at left guard, but the absence of the three-time All-Pro selection is an obvious blow to the Jonathan Taylor-led Colts ground game.

Impact It was reported earlier this week Hundley would be elevated to serve as the backup behind Carson Wentz, so this hardly comes as a surprise. Impact That said, there's nothing to suggest that the QB's Week 4 status is in danger after he toughed it out through his ankle woes in the team's loss to the Titans last Sunday. Earlier this week, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin relayed that Wentz was feeling better than he did leading up to Week 3 action, so while the QB still isn't 100 percent, it's plausible that he'll be able to move around better this weekend, assuming he's active as expected.

Jonathan Taylor - Listed as questionable Taylor (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins after practicing in a limited fashion this past week.
Impact The Colts have already ruled out five players for the contest, with Taylor one of four players listed by the team as questionable. Given that he practiced all week, albeit in a limited fashion, we suspect that he's trending toward Week 4 availability, but the running back's status should nonetheless be monitored as Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff approaches. If Taylor ends up limited or out this weekend, more touches would be available for Nyheim Hines, with Marlon Mack and/or Jordan Wilkins also candidates for added snaps.

Impact Doyle was able to practice in a limited capacity Friday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday, suggesting the veteran tight end's trending in the right direction, though it remains to be seen whether Doyle has progressed enough to suit up against the Dolphins. Mo Alie-Cox -- who normally splits snaps with Doyle -- and rookie fourth-round pick Kylen Granson would presumably see bumps in playing time if Doyle sits.
