Fifth-year option declined The Jaguars declined Bryan's 2022 team option Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Impact Bryan is now set to become a free agent when his rookie deal expires after the upcoming season. The No. 29 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft has struggled to break into a full-time role along the Jaguars' defensive line through his first three seasons in the league. He appeared in all 16 games for Jacksonville in 2020, but he was on the field for 46 percent of the defensive snaps and produced 18 tackles (10 solo) and 0.5 sacks.
