Eight catches in Week 8 win Crowder caught eight of nine targets for 84 yards, threw a two-point conversion and lost a fumble in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Bengals. Impact Crowder was New York's top available wide receiver with Corey Davis (hip) out, and backup quarterback Mike White targeted him frequently, as Crowder finished second behind running back Michael Carter in targets, catches and receiving yards. The slot receiver's longest gain of the game went for 26 yards, but the ball came out at the end and was recovered by Cincinnati's defense. Crowder didn't get into the end zone, but he helped New York score the game's final two points by delivering a back shoulder fade to White for a treat of a two-point conversion on a Halloween trick play. White threw for 405 yards in his first NFL start, so Crowder's significant role in the Jets' passing attack will make him an option worth considering in Week 9 against the Colts, especially in PPR formats.
