Impact Wills will miss his second consecutive game to open the season after missing virtually all of the offseason. He was activated from the PUP list during camp on Aug. 26 but hasn't practice much since. James Hudson and Dawand Jones started at the tackle spots for the Browns last week versus Dallas, and Deshaun Watson was harassed for six sacks. Jacksonville's defense is a recommended streamer this week in fantasy.
