Impact Chinn's total included one stop for loss and he also registered a QB hit. In once again playing 100 percent of Carolina's defensive snaps, the rookie trailed only Shaq Thompson for the team lead in tackles. Through three games, he's appeared unfazed by the transition from Southern Illinois to the NFL, as no Panther sports more than his 27 total tackles.
