Impact Jeudy's progress in practice will continue to be monitored before he is removed from injured reserve, but all signs point to the second-year wideout making his return to the field in Week 8 against Washington. According to Mike Klis of 9News Denver, Jeudy could help get the offense going, as Denver has struggled to move the ball through the air consistently for much of the season. Klis asserts that throwing the ball to Jeudy early in the downs may be the answer to avoid being in so many third-and-longs. In any case, the 22-year-old should return Sunday and provide a much needed boost to Denver's offense.

The wideout received medical clearance to suit up in Thursday's eventual 17-14 loss to the Browns, but Fangio said the Broncos elected to hold Jeudy out since the Broncos only held walk-through sessions rather than full practices Monday through Wednesday. With the benefit of a normal slate of practices during the upcoming week, Jeudy should be back to full speed by Halloween and ready to settle back into a starting role alongside Courtland Sutton.

Impact Fangio did say, however, that Jeudy will resume running routes at full speed this week, so it seems that the second-year pro continues to progress in the right direction. Jeudy has yet to be activated back to the active roster, and his status will need to be monitored as Thursday's road contest approaches. Tim Patrick once again will operate as the No. 2 option in Denver's wide receiver corps if Jeudy can't go.
