QB says Diggs will help Quarterback Josh Allen said this week that Brown's production will be helped and not hurt by the addition of Stefon Diggs this offseason, The Buffalo News reports. "I think this is... Impact It's not like the young, media-savvy quarterback is going to say, "You know, I'm going to thrown so many passes to Diggs that John's production just won't be what it was," but Allen has a point. Brown , who had a career-high 1,060 receiving yards in 2019, is quite difficult to cover 1-on-1, so with Diggs around opposing defenses are going to have to pick their poison. That said, the Bills still like to run the ball and play great defense, so it seems tough to envision two 1,000-yard receivers even though the offense should be improved. Brown, who was incredibly consistent last season with 13 games of 50-plus receiving yards, may end up being a little more hot-and-cold than he was in 2019, depending how Buffalo's opponents cover the two fine wideouts. So while the overall yardage may be tough to eclipse, we could see Brown topping last year's two 100-plus games, all aided by some home run balls from his strong-armed quarterback. Brown will also have to compete for looks with Beasley, tight end Dawson Knox and running back Devin Singletary.
