Lands big extension Noteboom (chest) agreed to terms on a three-year, $40 million contract with the Rams on Monday, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports. Impact Noteboom's contract includes $25 million in guarantees, and with incentives the deal could be worth a total of $47.5 million. The 2018 third-round pick, who suffered a pectoral strain during Los Angeles' divisional-round win over the Buccaneers, has proven capable of playing both tackle and guard, but his future on the team is likely as Andrew Whitworth's eventual successor. If the 40-year-old Whitworth decides to retire, Noteboom will be the favorite to line up at left tackle Week 1.
