Gets ERFA tender The Chiefs tendered Gore as an exclusive rights free agent Wednesday, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports. Impact Gore is thus expected to compete for a backup role with the Chiefs this summer, after taking 51 carries for 256 yards (5.0 YPC) and two touchdowns in 11 games last season. He also caught eight of nine targets for 105 yards, and avoided any fumbles, showing well in limited action behind Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams. Even if Williams leaves in free agency, it's difficult to see much fantasy upside in Gore, a 2019 undrafted free agent who turned 27 years old in December.
