Racks up nine catches Allen recorded nine receptions on 11 targets for 67 yards and a touchdown in Week 8 against the Broncos.

Impact Allen was overshadowed by Mike Williams in terms of yardage, but he still led the team in targets and receptions. He caught his third touchdown of the season on a nine-yard pass over the middle of the field late in the second quarter. Otherwise, he was mostly limited to short gains, with his only deep reception going for 22 yards while again working over the middle of the field. For the season, Allen now has 53 receptions for 548 yards across seven games. He'll look to maintain his strong volume of targets in Week 9 against Las Vegas.

Impact Coach Anthony Lynn observed that Allen -- who was limited both Wednesday and Thursday -- got better every day this week, per Gilbert Manzano of The Orange County Register. "Keenan will be fine," Lynn noted Friday. The Chargers' top pass catcher is thus poised to handle his usual workload Sunday, a context that has yielded a PPR-friendly 34/356/2 stat line for Allen through five contests.

That said, the fact that the 28-year-old was involved in practice in some capacity coming off the Chargers' Week 6 bye bodes well for his chances of being available Sunday against the Jaguars. Ideally, Allen would assuage any concern about his status by upgrading to full practice by Friday.
