Inks deal with Eagles Wheatfall signed with Philadelphia as an undrafted free agent Monday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Impact Wheatfall earned a tryout with the Eagles during rookie minicamp after playing in 12 contests for Fresno State last season, catching 38 passes for 616 yards and four touchdowns. He may face an uphill battle getting a spot on the Eagles after they added A.J. Brown and Zach Pascal this offseason, while returning their core of receivers from last year.
