Impact Costello was signed by the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi State last August but was waived before the end of preseason. The 25-year-old appeared in six games during his final collegiate season, totaling 1,283 passing yards and six touchdowns, but he's yet to make his NFL debut.
