Impact Lauletta spent training camp with Cleveland but failed to make the season-opening roster, but he'll rejoin the team with Baker Mayfield and Case Keenum in the COVID-19 protocols following positive tests. Nick Mullens lines up to start against the Raiders on Saturday with Lauletta filling the No. 2 role, assuming Mayfield and Keenum are unable to quickly clear the protocols.

Impact The Jaguars traded Gardner Minshew to the Eagles and kept only Trevor Lawrence and C.J. Beathard on their initial 53-man roster, so they went out and added Lauletta as an emergency quarterback to their practice squad. Jacksonville got a good look at the 26-year-old as he threw for 212 yards and two touchdowns for the Browns against the Jaguars during both teams' preseason opener Aug. 14.
