Sticking with Jets Joyner (triceps) re-signed with the Jets on a one-year deal Thursday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Impact Joyner was expected to serve as a starting safety opposite Marcus Maye in the Jets' secondary in 2021. That plan was derailed after Joyner suffered a season-ending triceps injury in the first game of the season. He'll have another chance to make a significant impact in the team's secondary in 2022, especially given the expectation that Maye departs in free agency.
