Staying in Arizona Collier signed a one-year, $4 million contract with the Cardinals on Wednesday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Collier appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Cardinals in 2024 -- which was the first time he's done that in his six-year NFL career -- and he finished with career highs in total tackles (29) and sacks (3.5). Collier will remain in Arizona for the 2025 campaign and likely serve in a rotational role at defensive end behind Justin Jones (triceps) and Josh Sweat.

Career year in 2024 Collier finished the 2024 season with 29 total tackles (13 solo), including 3.5 sacks, while also adding two passes defensed and a fumble recovery over 17 games.

Impact Collier had a career year in 2024, setting new career highs in tackles and sacks, while appearing in all 17 games for the first time in his six years in the NFL. The defensive end will enter the offseason as an unrestricted free agent and his 2024 performance will certainly draw the attention of plenty potential suitors.

Impact Collier will head from one NFC West team to another, as he spent the last four seasons in Seattle. The 2019 first-round pick played in only eight games last year, as he dealt with both elbow and thumb injuries and recorded just seven tackles (three solo). While Collier is coming off the least productive season of his career, he should still add solid depth to Arizona's pass rush unit that will be looking to fill the void left by J.J. Watt's retirement.
