Dustin Hopkins - Inks deal with Chargers Hopkins signed a contract with the Chargers on Tuesday, Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus reports. Impact Hopkins was let go by Washington last week but didn't take long to latch on with a new team. He went 12-for-14 on field goals and 10-for-12 on PATs before being released, and he should now benefit from Los Angeles' higher-powered offense. Tristan Vizcaino, who missed one field goal and five extra points in six games, was cut by the Chargers in a corresponding move.
