Impact Despite playing under 50 percent of the defensive snaps through four weeks, Fackrell now is second on the team in sacks to begin the year. Essentially a passing-down specialist since his career year with the Packers back in 2018, the 29-year-old could have some success in that role as the pass rusher opposite Joey Bosa on an emerging defensive unit.

Christian Covington - First sack as Bolt Covington recorded three tackles and a sack in Monday's 28-14 win against the Raiders.
Impact An early offseason signing by the Chargers, Covington has seamlessly filled in as an interior tackle, averaging close to 55 percent of the defensive playing time through four weeks. Don't expect sacks to come too often for Covington, however, given Monday's was his first since 2019.

Impact Monday marked the first interception for James since 2018. The dynamic safety has been an absolute boon for a Chargers defense that has quietly cemented itself as one on the rise. While IDP managers would like to see James register more tackles, the safety's play-making ability is unrivaled.

Tristan Vizcaino - No field-goal attempts Vizcaino made all four of his extra-point attempts in Monday's 28-14 win over the Raiders.
Impact Vizcaino didn't need to attempt any field goals given the Chargers' proficiencies in the red zone. The second-year kicker has had his struggles to start the year, but given his role in a high-powered offense, Vizcaino is likely due for better fantasy days ahead.

Donald Parham Jr. - Snares TD in win Parham caught two of his three targets for 17 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 28-14 win over the Raiders.
Impact Parham saw a slight uptick in playing time (56 percent offensive snaps) with the Chargers ahead for the entirety of the contest. The 6-foot-8 behemoth even put his height to good use, capitalizing on his first red zone target of 2021 for just his fourth career touchdown. It's a bit surprising Parham hasn't been utilized more near the goal line given his unmatched size, but given how efficient the Chargers have been in that area over the past three weeks, the 24-year-old might be more of a luxury than a necessity.

Jalen Guyton - Does little in win Guyton caught one of his two targets for nine yards and also registered two carries for 20 yards in the 28-14 win over the Raiders on Monday.
Impact Guyton once again saw a healthy 42 offensive snaps, whereas No. 4 wideout, Josh Palmer, saw a paltry seven total, but the speedy option once again did little with the playing time. After seeing five targets in Week 1, Guyton has more carries (four) than catches (three) over the last three weeks, essentially reverting back to his 2020 days as an offensive decoy.

Justin Jackson - Just 13 total yards despite win Jackson lost four yards on three carries and caught all four of his targets for 17 yards in Monday's 28-14 win over the Raiders.
Impact In a day dominated by Austin Ekeler, Jackson was essentially relegated to a backup pass catcher out of the backfield, tallying 17 receiving yards on 11 total snaps. Larry Rountree once again cemented his status as the team's preferred short yardage option and seems destined to occupy the larger half of the backfield time share if Ekeler were to miss time.

Larry Rountree III - Logs 11 carries in win Rountree carried the ball 11 times for 31 yards in Monday's 28-14 win over the Raiders.
Impact Rountree handled a number of critical carries in the second half as the Chargers attempted to salt away the game, but he looked as plodding as the porous 2.8 yards-per-carry would indicate. Part of that could simply be because the rookie was given a number of short-yardage attempts, but, in any case, the results weren't pretty. Rountree did out-snap backup Justin Jackson by a 22 to 11 margin, but it seems relatively clear the duo would essentially split the workload in the event Austin Ekeler were to miss time.
