Impact The job carries some fantasy appeal given that the Rams have mostly been able to move the ball this season but have then struggled to punch it into the end zone for six points. Brett Maher was unable to take full advantage of the role due to struggles with accuracy, but Havrisik could have more luck if the team context stays similar. Los Angeles' new kicker The Rams plan to sign Havrisik off the Browns' practice squad Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Impact Los Angeles parted ways with kicker Brett Maher after he missed two field goals and one extra point during Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Steelers, and the team wasted no time finding his replacement. Since the Rams are planning on signing Havrisik off Cleveland's practice squad, he'll end up on the team's active roster, per Cameron DaSilva of USA Sports Today. Havrisik went undrafted in 2022 out of Arizona, and he has yet to appear in an NFL game.

Impact Havrisik tried out with Indianapolis during the team's 2022 Rookie Mini-Camp. He then signed with the team's practice squad Sept. 13 after the team let go starting kicker Rodrigo Blankenship, but the rookie lost out in a competition against veteran Chase McLaughlin and was waived himself one week later. Havrisik will now look to earn a role on either the practice squad or active roster heading into the 2023 campaign.
