Impact Davenport registered a season-high six tackles Sunday, while also notching his second sack of the season. The 25-year-old defensive end also forced Mike Davis to fumble on the Falcons' final drive, but the running back was able to regain control of the ball, which ultimately saved Atlanta's game-winning drive.

Impact Davenport was forced from Week 1 action early with a pectoral injury that eventually was revealed to be a strain. Ultimately, he didn't practice this week before New Orleans made the decision to shut him down for at least the next three weeks. Davenport can return as early as Week 5 in Washington, but an ensuing bye week may spur the team to push his return back further. While Davenport is sidelined, Carl Granderson and Tanoh Kpassagnon (calf) will fill in at defensive end opposite Cameron Jordan.
