Facing DUI charges Maye (ankle) is facing three charges stemming from a DUI arrest that occurred Feb. 23 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Brian Costello of the New York Post reports. Impact Maye was charged with driving under the influence, DUI/damage to property and leaving the scene of an accident, for which he has an upcoming Zoom hearing scheduled for Oct. 20. While the legal process plays out, the NFL likely will begin an investigation of its own, particularly to determine any potential violations of the personal conduct policy. Currently, Maye is recovering from a sprained ankle, which has resulted in one DNP and is expected to keep him sidelined 3-to-4 weeks overall.
