Reverts to IR Riley (undisclosed) reverted to the Jets' injured reserve Saturday after clearing waivers, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Impact Riley will now be forced to sit out for the entire 2024 season unless he and the Jets come to terms on an injury settlement. In his final season at Florida A&M, the undrafted wide receiver accumulated 33 catches for 635 yards and five touchdowns across 11 games.

Impact Riley was signed to the Jets back in April as an undrafted free agent, but his he'll now explore other options after being waived alongside tight end Kevin Foelsch. The 5-foot-11 wide receiver has been released early before the traditional roster cuts, which could hurt his chances of even signing with the Jets' practice squad.
