Heads to Cincinnati The Bengals signed Smith on Wednesday, Tyler Dragon of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Released by Washington Washington placed Smith (concussion) on waivers Monday, Rhiannon Walker of The Athletic reports.
Impact Smith ended 2019 on the sidelines after suffering a concussion and will apparently be looking for work in training camp after being placed on waivers. He will run through waivers before potentially hitting the free-agent market.
