Raheem Mostert - Churns out 50 yards Sunday Mostert carried the ball 11 times for 50 yards in Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Colts.
Impact De'Von Achane led the Miami backfield with 15 totes for 77 yards, but Mostert found some success as well, even with the Colts' defense having little to worry about through the air. The Dolphins could lean even more heavily on their backfield in Week 8 against the Cardinals -- Tyler Huntley (shoulder) left Sunday's game in the third quarter, joining Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) and Skylar Thompson (ribs) on the sidelines, and if none of those QBs are ready to go next week, 30-year-old career backup Tim Boyle would get the start.

Impact The Dolphins' offense struggled once again with Tyler Huntley (shoulder) and then Tim Boyle under center, but Achane was still able to accumulate solid yardage and led the team in rushing. With Boyle potentially set for the start in Week 8 against the Cardinals if none of Huntley, Skylar Thompson (ribs) or Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) are able to suit up, Achane and Raheem Mostert (11 totes for 50 yards Sunday) could be in line for even bigger volume out of the backfield.

Impact The 30-year-old quarterback failed to produce points on any of his four drives under center, although Jason Sanders did clank a 54-yard field-goal attempt off the left upright in the fourth quarter. Boyle also saw brief action in Week 3 in relief of Skylar Thompson (ribs), but he could be pressed into duty for a start in Week 8 against the Cardinals if none of Huntley, Thompson or Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) are able to play. Miami doesn't currently have a quarterback on its practice squad, so the team would have to look outside the organization for a backup to Boyle in that scenario.

Impact Fantasy managers should take this one step at a time. It's encouraging that Tagovailoa will participate in practice next week, and it seems to echo the rumors following the Pro Bowler's traumatic injury that he'd return shortly after the mandated four-week timeframe. The Dolphins will need to activate Tagovailoa off injured reserve in order for him to be eligible to play in Week 8, so expect more information to emerge in the coming days regarding his playing status.
